§1 Applicability to entrepreneurs and definition of terms

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed (§ 13 BGB).

§2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text

(1) The following provisions on the conclusion of a contract apply to orders placed via our online shop. .

Before submitting a binding order, the consumer can return to the website where the customer's details are recorded by clicking the „Back“ button in the Internet browser they are using, after checking their details, and correct any input errors or cancel the order process by closing the Internet browser. We will immediately confirm receipt of the order by means of an automatically generated email („order confirmation“). With this, we accept your offer.

(5) Storage of the contract text for orders placed via our online shop: We will store the contract text and send you the order details and our terms and conditions by e-mail. You can view your previous orders in our customer area under My Account –> My Orders.

§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date

(1) The prices quoted include statutory value added tax and other price components. Any shipping costs will be added.

(2) The consumer has the option of paying in advance.

(3) If the consumer has chosen to pay in advance, they undertake to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract.

§4 Delivery

(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items we offer are ready for immediate dispatch. Delivery will take place within 7 working days at the latest. In the case of payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is sent to the bank responsible for the transfer, and for all other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next working day. Delivery is discreet, sealed, shrink-wrapped and double-secured.

§5 Retention of title

We retain ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must send us
by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this repayment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this repayment.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. Please note that we ship sealed goods (so-called „hygiene items“) that can only be returned unopened. If the seal is broken, the right of withdrawal expires.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

§8 Warranty

The statutory warranty provisions apply. Please note that we offer research chemicals, which are only suitable for laboratory purposes. Under no circumstances is the consumption of the goods offered permitted or tolerated. Please observe the safety instructions for handling the goods on the packaging. If you notice any improper use of the goods, consult a doctor immediately.

§9 Contract language

The contract language is exclusively German.
