PsyCoin Loyalty Programme

What is PsyCoin?

We would like to introduce you to PsyCoin. Our new loyalty programme actively rewards you for being part of our community. With PsyCoins, you can save on every order and earn new PsyCoins. Currently, you can earn PsyCoins automatically with every order and advertisement. You can find the exact list below. We will also regularly hold PsyCoin promotions where you can earn double points, for example.

How do I earn PsyCoins?

A) With every order, you will be credited with PsyCoins based on the current calculation basis. The credit will be issued as soon as payment for the order has been registered in order to prevent misuse. The calculation basis may change depending on the promotion.

B) You can also earn PsyCoins fully automatically by referring friends and acquaintances (or even strangers). The credit will be issued as soon as the referred person has completed an order. Depending on the promotion, points can be earned through the order as well as through the registration of the referred person. The referred person will also receive a reward. You can create your own referral link at My account Create. Share this link and the system will take care of the rest.

C) Product review on the shop page (currently disabled). You will receive 200 PsyCoins for a product review.

D) Assessment on Trustpilot or Trust check (the latter is possible again). You must redeem the PsyCoins at the Support with your email address. You will receive 500 PsyCoins for your review.

How many PsyCoins will I receive?

This is the standard calculation and may be affected by ongoing promotions, such as double points.
100 PsyCoins are equivalent to a £1 discount when redeemed.

Order

For every euro in your shopping basket, you will receive 5 PsyCoins. The value of the goods without donations, tax, coupons and shipping costs always applies. For an order value of £100, that would be 500 PsyCoins worth £5.
For a 2x promotion on an order value of £100, this would be 100 PsyCoins worth £10.
With your first order, you will receive 100 PsyCoins regardless of the value of the goods.

advertising programme

Earn PsyCoins by recruiting buyers with your referral link. You can find this referral link at My account generate.
For each referral who completes an order, you will receive a one-time bonus of 5% of the order value. If the referral makes a purchase of £100 via your link, you will receive 500 PsyCoins worth £5 for your next order. For data protection reasons, you will only see the number of PsyCoins earned and no data about the referral. If you have any questions or problems, we will check the data for you and provide you with information about the status of the referred person without disclosing any private data.

The referred person will still receive all rewards from the order regardless of the referral link. In addition, the referred person will receive 250 PsyCoins by registering their account via your link. A bonus of 10% of the earned PsyCoins will be credited upon completion of the order.

What requirements and restrictions apply to the offer?

1. Each customer may only be referred once.
2. if the customer has already ordered from us before, he can no longer be recruited
3. There is no minimum order value and no maximum order value.
4. The address between the advertiser and the advertised must be different.
5. Abuse will result in exclusion from the loyalty programme and the loss of all earned PsyCoins.
6. So-called disposable email addresses are not eligible for advertisers and those being advertised to.
7. Cancelled or refunded orders remove earned PsyCoins again.
8. PsyCoins are valid for 6 months.

PsyCoin promotions

Promotions are launched regularly, earning you bonus coins. These promotions have a set time frame during which orders must be placed or referrals must register and place an order. Anything outside this time frame cannot be taken into account. Promotions may be terminated early or extended.

Possible actions include x times PsyCoins for orders, registration, reviews and advertisements, as well as PsyCoin earnings for activities that do not normally receive coins.
